Payment Policy

For in-person and distance healing sessions, payment will be paid in full at the time of booking to Earth Star Holistic Health or to Mary Dema-ala.

No Show Policy

Not showing up for your appointment with no communication is considered a "No Show". No-Shows will not be allowed to book any future sessions. Refunds are not eligible for “No Shows”.

Refunds or Returns

Services

Payment for services are non-refundable.
Services already provided are not eligible for refunds.

Retail

No refunds. Returns are accepted and you will receive store credit. Customer is responsible for shipping fees.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation means you are not wanting to reschedule your session and are considered to be “No Shows”. Payments are not available for a refund and are non-transferrable.

Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule no later than 24 hours before your appointment. Please communicate and we will accommodate you the best we can.

Transfer Policy

Sessions are non-transferrable to another person or party.

Right to Refuse Service Policy

We reserve the right to refuse service. You will be refunded for any payment if we refuse to provide service.
