You need to be held in a sacred container of love and protection as you shift thousands of years of trauma and generational wounding. We will meet in-person at locations that will be provided each week.

As a Filipina woman who lives in the diaspora, I know exactly what it feels like to be disconnected from my culture and even within my own family. I know the importance of reconnecting and healing this for true empowerment. Now, I connect with my ancestors directly for healing and support.

There are very limited spots in this group program to be able to offer the necessary support and guidance for each person. Each week, we will gather in nature to be held by the Earth, to journey for healing and to integrate.
