What is a Shamanic Session like?
Here at Earth Star Holistic Health, we have offer in-person and remote shamanic energy healing sessions. Let’s find out what session is best for you.
IN PERSON SESSIONS:
In-person sessions are for people in O’ahu, Hawai’i. We are based at the Healing Arts Center in A’iea at the Harbor Center. Enjoy a beautiful, relaxing water front view of East Loch Pearl Harbor and Moku’ume’ume (Ford Island).
Your session begins with an hour of therapeutic bodywork and massage. Mary will address the muscular tension and support your nervous system to reach a deeply relaxed state. Hot stones are used to melt away stress and essential oils elevate the experience. Silicone cups are also included to release restricted myofascia and any active trigger points.
The second half of the session is the shamanic journey. You will remain on the table while Mary journeys with a drum. She will clear the deeper layers of your energy field and channel any guidance for your healing journey. Any imbalances to your energy field will be re-aligned and balanced. The session is recorded and you will be given a link to the audio via email.
After the session, it is recommended that you take the day to integrate your healing. Integration is a period of rest and stillness to allow the physical body to catch up to the energetic shifts. Many people like integrating with naps, time out in nature, and lots of time in the water.
Remote / Distance Shamanic Energy Healing
This is a popular session for people across the globe. Shamanic Energy Healing is quantum healing. In other words, you do not need to be physically present for the energetic shifts to take place.
THE PROCESS:
You will set up an appointment time on Mary’s schedule.
There is an intake form that you will fill out regarding your intention for your session and what you need help with.
All communication will be done via email.
On the day of your session, you will receive a recording of the healing. You may download the recording to your device so that you can listen offline.
This session is for people who are interested in deep, thorough energy cleansing and re-alignment. We will address any imbalances within your energy body and auric fields that may have originated in this life, past lives, generationally, and other aspect of your multi-dimensional existence. We will restore any power and psychic gifts!
